Working as a veterinarian, Dr Riaan Crafford witnessed both the joy animals bring to families and the challenges faced by organisations caring for vulnerable animals and the communities that depend on them.

FOUNDED BY A VETERINARIAN
Dr Riaan Crafford
HoundHope was founded by South African veterinarian Dr Riaan Crafford, who has spent his career watching the bond between people and their animals up close.
He's also seen the other side of it: animals in vulnerable communities who don't always get the care they need, and the organisations working hard, often with little support, to change that.
HoundHope exists to bring those two worlds together.
It's a brand where people can buy something they actually want, while helping build lasting support for animal welfare.
